Ageing: 7 months in steel tanks

Tasting Notes: Light, appealing red fruit, strawberry, raspberry, light, soft tannins, good food wine, goes well to pasta, light meals, risottos, cheese

Color: Rose with slight violet hues

Aroma: Very appealing to many people as it is a light and easy to understand rosé. Light residual sugar giving it a very pleasant appeal

Conservation Time: Good Ageing potential (1 - 2 years)
