Vinification: Classical rosé production, short maceration to give the optimal rosé coloring, very reductive using carbon gas to ensure best color retention

Ageing: 7 months in steel tanks

Tasting Notes: Pale amber pink color. Toasty strawberry-kiwi tart and melon aromas with a supple, dryish medium and a zesty, lightly smoky grilled lemon, nectarine skin and mossy stone finish. A fantastic food wine – Tastings.com

Color: Rose with slight violet hues

Aroma: Very appealing to many people as it is a light and easy to understand rosé. Light residual sugar giving it a very pleasant appeal

Conservation Time: Good Ageing potential (1 - 2 years)
