PLANTIER DE CHIPRE Takes its name from an historic plot listed as such in the land register for centuries over the Charente Valley
This vineyard is cultivated to very high technicals standards and the vinification of its produce is carried out with the highest care.
This wine is the result of major material and human investment in organic production
All grapes are hand-picked. The harvest is planned only a few days before and according to analyses of sugar and anthocyanin levels in order to obtain their best possible balance .
LE PLANTIER DE CHIPRE has a high density of 5,000 vines per hectare in order to create a competitive environment for each vine. Their roots are thus obliged to sink deep into the soil, helping them enormously to express the terroir qualities.
