Vineyard : Situated in Saint Laurent du Bois
Production Area: 35 hectares,

Production Area: A mild climate (due to the Atlantic Ocean). Lots of sunshine, and regular rain, the hillside situation and the clay-limestone soil, gravels offer the best conditions for the growth of the vines and the grapes.
Training system: The vineyard is held up by Guyot double (Bordeaux style) to obtain the best maturity and also to avoid phytosanitary disease. The vine is held up by wires.
Analytical Data: 12.5%
Color: A pale yellow robe with green reflections.
Aroma: The dominance of Sauvignon Blanc reveals intense flavors of white flowers, citrus and white fruits.
Tasting Notes: While in the mouth the Semillon brings roundness, volume and richness with pleasant notes of citrus fruits. A fine liveliness leads to a great finale.
"Medium straw to pale gold. Aromas of white peach, lemon, honeydew, yellow watermelon, honeysuckle and creek stones. Dry and crisp with melon and ripe pear accented by bright lemon and lime zest. Hint of herbaceousness but driven by the fruit. Well balanced modern style". – tastings.com
