Winemakers: LA CANTINA PIZZOLATO SAS Production area: The estate is located in the rich and flourishing countryside in the north of Treviso, and the vineyards are situated on the plains and hillsides near PIAVE river. Yield per Vine Hectare: Harvested by hand during the end of August. The average is hectolitres per hectare, althought it varies depending on the climate conditions of every year. Hectares of production: 7 hectares Vinification: The wine is vinified off the skins and fermentation is completed in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures. Analytical data: 12% alc./vol. Ageing: no Colour: straw yellow Tasting note: Aromas of dried currants, clay, and grilled bell and jalapeno peppers; soft, brisk entry to a dryish light-to-medium body with roasted carrot, tomato and beet notes. Nose: fine, characteristis wi th flavours of Golden aplles and fresh breadcrust. Taste: inviting, discreet and very fine Serving suggestions: ideal with delicate dishes, fish salad and white meat.
